How to play squads and duos?
When it comes to playing Squads and Duos at Fortnite Battle Royale, the first move is to build your team. In Squads, you’re going to need three mates to line up. With that in mind, it’s time to find the Game Mode for Squads and Duos.
Using X (Xbox One), Square (PS4), or your keyboard to run through the different game modes on the Fortnite Battle Royale game-play menu. You will finally come across the choice of Squads and Duos. Pick the one according to your choice that you would like to play. Second, you will need to give an invite to your colleagues. Pick the empty player slot to do this, then click through your list of friends before finding the friend you want to invite.
Are squads tougher?
Squads are a little tougher because three other players might use them as bait for one downed player. When playing Squads in Fortnite Battle Royale, additional caution is definitely needed!

How to make Squad Formation a big party?
Everyone who wants a party with 16 players can choose their Battle Royale game mode and invite friends to their party. You will automatically enter Squad Formation mode after you have exceeded the four-player limit. With the Squad Formation button at the bottom right of the lobby, you will be able to manage which players belong to every team.
You’ll be able to move your friends around that window and select their squad: Llama, Crab, Bear, or Dragon. Five players unlock the Crab team, nine unlock the Bear, and thirteen unlock the Dragon. The default four-player team is the Llama squad.
All you have to do is pick the game’s mode that you want your team to play and queue up. Both players will be put on the same team automatically. All players on all platforms already have access to the big party functionality. When you have that setting allowed, it involves cross-platform play and parties.
