The Mandalorian, through two seasons, has developed a lot of fan base. In November 2019, the Star Wars series debuted on Disney+. The Mandalorian, the live-action Star Wars series that introduced Baby Yoda saw the return of a certain Jedi and brought back Foba Fett is getting 3rd season and several spinoffs on Disney +. Details Mandalorian Season 3 –
The 2nd season ended with a post-credits scene teasing the book off Boba Fett which hits Disney Plus in December 2021. Initially, it was unclear that season 3 is happening or not, with the focus shifting to the bounty hunter or a spinoff. The show’s creator Jon Favreau soon clarified that it was a spinoff and Mando’s adventures would continue in the third season.
No precise release date has been announced for season 3. As per Jon, the season 3 production will happen after the spinoff is done and will probably release in 2022.
Baby Yoda’s plotline seems to wrap up since season 2, Grogu being taken for Jadi training by Luke Skywalker. Now the audience is wondering where the show can go next. Mando’s mission with his kind reuniting the little guy is done, so his priorities will shift.
In season 2, Mando also ran into another group of Mandalorians. Bo-Katan Kryze leads the group. She was on a mission to get the Darksaber back from Imperial Moff Gideon and retake their homeworld Mandalore. At the end of the season, Mando took possession of the Darksaber and accidentally became the leader of the Mandalorians. In season 3, it seems he will likely join Bo-Katan’s mission.
Disney has announced three of its upcoming Star Wars shows, The Book of Boba Fett, Ahsoka, and Rangers of the New Republic, set around the same point in the timeline as The Mandalorian plot threads from those could feed into season 3.
